Surgical procedure by which the excess fat from the breast glandular tissue and skin are removed, achieving this way the reduction of the size, shape and relocating the breast position. For this procedure there are many existing techniques that will be discussed between the plastic surgeon and the patient at the moment of the consultation. These can vary depending on the characteristics of each one of the patients.
